The Situation, Problems and Solutions in China’s Non-Profit Organizations’ Financial Management: The Case of China Foundation for Rural Development

Abstract


Non-Profit Organizations, as emerging organizations, effectively direct the flow of individual and organizational property to society and the disadvantaged, achieve effective redistribution of social wealth, and become an important force in promoting the vigorous development of public welfare in China. The effectiveness of NPOs depends to a large extent on Financial management, with particular emphasis on balance of payments and risk management. Using the case method, this paper analyzes the specific financial management cases of NPOs, discusses the current situation and existing problems, and puts forward solutions to improve efficiency.
