Abstract

The UNFCCC, now arranging the upcoming COP23 global meeting in Bonn, hosted by islands state Fiji, must outline how its three chief COP21 objectives—GOAL I, II and III—are to be promoted and implemented by clearly stated means as well as fundingThis includes funding! This paper presents a tentative estimation of what is involved with regard to the fulfilment of the GOAL II in COP21 in order to show the immensity of the task of protecting humanity against the climate change full disaster.
