Dr UKERTOR GABRIEL MOTI

Dr. Moti is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, University of Abuja. He holds the Ph. D. degree in Public Administration. A former Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, Dr. Moti has been a Coordinator of the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree programmes of the Public Administration Department. He has published 40 articles in peer reviewed local and international journals. He has been an active participant at several international conferences.
