Research on Interactive Design of Intangible Heritage APP Based on CA/QFD/TRIZ Integration Method

Abstract

This study addresses challenges in intangible cultural heritage (ICH) development under cultural digitalization strategies by optimizing ICH app design using an integrated CA/QFD/TRIZ approach. User needs were identified through CA analysis of app feedback, utilizing ROST CM6 software for word frequency and social semantic network analysis to categorize primary and secondary demand categories. These needs were translated into product features using QFD theory, which also identified key contradictions. TRIZ theory was then applied to resolve these contradictions and generate solutions. Based on this process, specific ICH app design strategies were formulated and validated through a case study, resulting in a comprehensive design solution. The integrated CA/QFD/TRIZ paradigm quantitatively clarified user needs, optimized design directions, and provides a valuable framework for future app design research, empowering the digital transformation of traditional ICH.

Yibo Zhang is an innovative researcher and designer specializing in digital cultural design, healthy living solutions, and interactive experiences. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Design at Cheongju University, Korea, Yibo excels in blending technology with tradition, particularly through projects involving 3D food printing, AR-based cultural heritage restoration, and game-based health designs. With national accolades like the "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship National Bronze Award and a portfolio of impactful patents, publications, and award-winning projects, Yibo demonstrates a commitment to user-centered innovation and the integration of cultural heritage with cutting-edge technology.

Rongrong Qiao, Shanxi University

 

Rongrong Qiao is an Associate Professor at the School of Fine Arts, Shanxi University, specializing in digital media art design and the digital preservation of intangible cultural heritage. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in art design from Shanxi University in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and completed her Ph.D. in Cultural Technology at Jeonju University, South Korea, in 2019. In her academic and research career, she teaches courses such as Game Design and Virtual Reality Applications and has guided students to win awards in national competitions. She has published works such as A Study on Korean Cultural Education and led several provincial-level projects in philosophy and social sciences. Committed to the innovative integration of art design and digital technology, she actively contributes to the development of intangible cultural heritage and the advancement of cultural transmission and art education.
