Abstract

To address the disconnection between industry and academia in design‑major education, this study analyzes the limitations of the “project‑embedded” model and proposes a framework for its systematic upgrading toward an “ecosystem co‑construction” model. By establishing a “precision talent cultivation” system covering dynamic demand mapping, personalized training, interdisciplinary integration and comprehensive evaluation, this paper conducts empirical analysis based on multi‑university case studies. The results verify that the proposed model can effectively integrate the education chain with the industrial chain, providing theoretical models and practical guidelines for cultivating high‑quality innovative design talents in the new era.
