Abstract

The key to building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation lies in the party and the people. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized that "the whole party and people of all ethnic groups in China should unite and strive for the realization of the Tenth Five-Year Plan" and clearly put forward the task of "fully mobilizing the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the whole society to participate in Chinese modernization". This important requirement profoundly reveals that the core of promoting Chinese-style modernization and realizing high-quality social development lies in rallying the joint efforts of the whole society. Fully mobilizing the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all kinds of social subjects to participate in Chinese modernization is the key driving force to solve the development problems, stimulate social vitality and promote the cause, and profoundly reveals the core value of the coordinated participation of social forces in the process of modernization.
