Abstract

Wang Yangming (1472–1529), a renowned philosopher, politician, and military strategist of the Ming Dynasty, profoundly influenced Chinese intellectual history with his philosophy of “unity of knowledge and action”. In today’s information age, exploring how digital technologies can modernize the representation of Wang Yangming and make his ideas accessible to contemporary audiences has become a significant endeavor. This paper aims to examine the necessity, methods, and practical applications of constructing Wang Yangming’s modern digital image, with the goal of advancing the dissemination and development of his philosophy in the modern era.
