Therefore, from the perspective of compliance management, improving the corporate governance system has become an indispensable and important part of enterprises. The article first expounds on the significance of improving the corporate governance system from the perspective of compliance management. Secondly, it analyzes the problems in improving the corporate governance system in combination with practice.
