Research on the Construction and Economic Consequences of the Intelligent Digital Supply Chain for Alcohol Logistics—A Case Study of Luzhou Laojiao
Abstract
The creation of digital and intelligent supply chains can contribute to the resilience of industrial and supply chains, which contributes significantly to the high-quality growth of the real economy. At present, in the practice of digital and intelligent supply chain in China, problems like lack of data sharing and poor technological adaptability across regions restrict the scenarios of application of digital transformation. The current logistics development at Luzhou Laojiao has gone through three phases; basic digitization, system intelligence, and ecosystem collaboration. It has successfully overcome these industry challenges by capitalizing on digital and intelligent technologies and data governance. Focusing on technology empowerment and data-driven innovation, this case takes full advantage of the benefits of combined resources in the digital and intelligent supply chain of liquor logistics, creating an end-to-end collaborative model. It also guarantees business innovation and data security, establishing a holistic governance structure that encompasses the whole process of data collection and use. This collaborative case analysis provides useful lessons in innovation in liquor logistics digital supply chains and digital transformation in traditional manufacturing industries.
